KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI AYDINLATMA METNİ DISCLOSURE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA İşbu Aydınlatma Metni; 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu 10. maddesi uyarınca “Veri Sorumlusunun Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğü” kapsamında; veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla SAY 24 GAYRIMENKUL ANONIM SIRKETI (“Şirket”) tarafından aydınlatılmaktasınız. The present disclosure is extended by SAY 24 GAYRIMENKUL ANONIM SIRKETI (“Company”) acting as the data controller, within the framework of the “Data Controller’s Disclosure Obligation” under article 10 of the Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data . Kişisel Verilerinizin İşlenmesi, Aktarılması Amacı ve Hukuki Sebebi; Purpose and Legal Grounds for the Processing and Transfer of Your Personal Data Kimlik (adınız, soyadınız, doğum tarihiniz, uyruğunuz), İletişim (e-posta adresiniz, cep telefonu numaranız, ikamet ettiğiniz semt/il), Mesleki Bilgileriniz (çalıştığınız sektör, mesleğiniz), Projeden nasıl haberdar olduğunuza ilişkin verileriniz, sizlerle kuracağımız iletişim ve etkileşimler sırasında edinilecek kişisel verileriniz , mal/hizmet satış, iletişim, satış sonrası destek, sözleşme, müşteri ilişkileri süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, faaliyetlerin mevzuata uygun yürütülmesi ve diğer iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi amaçlarıyla KVKK 5/2 maddesi uyarınca sözleşmenin ifası için gerekli olması, bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması, ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.
